GTM & Business Development | The guy startups call when interest exists but revenue doesn’t | GTM Automation, Commercial Strategy, Revenue Ops | £1M Revenue Impact | MSc Manchester (Top 2%) | AI, B2B SaaS, EU Markets
I build the commercial infrastructure between demand and revenue. My background spans business development, GTM execution, and partnership strategy across the UK, Europe, the UAE, India, and the US, with a focus on the pre-Series B stage where the gap between market interest and closed deals is widest. At a PropTech startup, I ran 30+ concurrent client sales cycles in an EMEA-facing PropTech environment, closed 5 deals in my first three months, and helped push client satisfaction to 95% across 20+ UK accounts. At Blackmont Consulting, I worked on GTM and commercial strategy for a Fortune 500 motorsport client on digital transformation initiatives tied to £50M in merchandise revenue. Earlier, I helped a UK food brand identify a £4.2M market opportunity and built a GTM strategy projected to drive 30% customer growth from scratch. Before my MSc, I spent a year at Cognizant supporting UK retail clients through large-scale digital transformation, where I contributed to £1M+ in annual client revenue protection and cut issue resolution time by 25%. What connects all of it is this: I operate at the intersection of analysis and execution. I can structure a pipeline, map a go-to-market, run outbound at scale, or build a partnership activation framework. And I do it fast, across markets. I graduated with an MSc in Management from the University of Manchester in December 2025 (Top 2%). I am now targeting Business Development, GTM Analyst, Founder Associate, and Partnership roles at growth-stage startups and tech companies in Poland, the Czech Republic, Amsterdam, Berlin, Luxembourg, and Malta. If you are hiring for a commercial operator who can own outcomes from day one, let's talk.

"If you're job hunting and feeling paralysed, this post will save you months of wasted time." Not because I'll tell you to "apply more". Not because I'll share resume templates. Last week, I was on a Google Meet with a friend based in Boston. He's a neuroscience researcher working on neuroplasticity and how the brain rewires under chronic stress. He was mapping the neural patterns of people in prolonged job searches, -the ones facing repeated rejections, the ones who feel paralysed even though they know they should apply. I told him, "This is exactly what I'm seeing in my LinkedIn community. Hundreds of people. Stuck. Sending applications. Getting rejected. Then unable to apply again." We started discussing. His research + my observation combined into something I'd never seen before. And I realised: nobody on LinkedIn is talking about this. Everyone's sharing resume tips. Cover letter hacks. "Apply to 100 jobs a day" advice. But nobody's explaining the actual neuroscience behind why job seekers get stuck. And how to rewire it. So here it is. The first time this is being shared on LinkedIn, combining neuroscience research with real-world job search patterns. If you're job hunting right now – unemployed, underemployed, or trying to switch , read this once. Apply it for 2 weeks. Watch what happens. What's Actually Happening in Your Brain After 150+ rejections, your brain builds a predictive model: "Apply = danger." Your conscious mind says, "I need this job." Your subconscious, which controls 95% of your actions, screams: "Last 150 times, this hurt. Don't do it." Result: Paralysis. Avoidance. Guilt. It's not laziness. It's your nervous system protecting you from perceived threat. How to Rewire It (5 Steps) 1. Awareness Name the resistance: "This is my subconscious protecting me. Not laziness." Just this weakens the loop. 2. Micro-Actions Stop 50 applications/day. Start in a calm state & take 2 minutes of breathing before. 3. Reframe Rejection Every rejection is a data point, not a judgement. "This approach didn't work. What can I adjust?" 4. Calm Your Nervous System 2 minutes deep breathing before applying. Signals from the hypothalamus: "No threat. Safe to act." 5. Evidence Over Affirmations Your subconscious believes what you do, not what you say. One application = one piece of evidence: "I can do this." The Truth Nobody Tells You Your brain isn't broken. It's a prediction machine – predicting based on old data. Your job? Feed it new data. One application at a time. If this resonates, drop a comment. OpenAI just launched GPT-6 Astra and called it "the start of the AGI era." I spent 48 hours decoding every source I could find. I have a different take 👇 CREDIT WHERE IT'S DUE Astra is genuinely impressive. It operates computers like a human, found security vulnerabilities nobody knew existed, improved a math problem stuck for 80 years, and builds 3D scenes you can walk inside. Real progress. Not dismissing it. BUT HERE'S MY PUSHBACK It's reliable, but still fails roughly 1 in 4 times on real tasks. Would you hand your operations to that? It adapts, but we can't see how it thinks anymore. OpenAI's own safety card admits monitoring is harder. It got smarter and less transparent at the same time. It handles complexity, but the wrong kind. It solves math proofs. It can't tell you whether to acquire that company. Independent benchmarks show it scored about the same as the previous model of intelligence, and actually behind Claude. Reddit called it "immensely disappointing" for raw gains. So where's the generational leap? And "AGI era"? OpenAI is pre-IPO. They wound down Sora. They pivoted Codex. It's the most powerful narrative in tech. I'm not saying they're lying. I'm saying the incentive structure matters. MY REAL POSITION Astra is the best execution engine we've ever built. It acts, automates, discovers. Massive. But AGI isn't "a model that does many things well." AGI reasons about anything, explains itself, and makes judgment calls it was never trained for. Astra is none of those things yet. If we call this AGI, we stop investing in the hard problems that actually get us there. 5 QUESTIONS I CAN'T SHAKE 1. A model that's smart but uninspectable: would you let it run your operations unsupervised? 2. We celebrate AI finding zero-days. What happens when that's not OpenAI holding it? If this is AGI, what word do we save for the real thing? 3. Benchmarks show Astra behind Claude, but OpenAI controls the narrative. How do we separate progress from marketing? 4. Early adopters gain an edge. But if regulation follows, will they be winners or the ones who unwind the most? 5. I don't have clean answers. That's why I'm asking. Which one hits hardest for you? 👇 #GPT6 #OpenAI #Astra #AGI #ArtificialIntelligence #AIDebate #FutureOfWork #AIAdoption #TechStartups #StartupCommunity #AIAgents #Cybersecurity #Innovation #DigitalTransformation #UKStartups #USTech #EuropeStartups #MachineLearning #AISafety #GenerativeAI #Founders #EnterpriseAI #CriticalThinking
CLAUDE audited my outbound last month. The result was brutal. 83% of my time went to finding people. Not writing. Not closing. Not calling. Just finding. For months I ran the same playbook: - Build a list every Monday morning - Write sequences - Send follow-ups to cold contacts - Research each prospect manually - Wonder why reply rates stayed at 9% The problem was never the copy. It was the timing. So I shifted. Started tracking intent signals instead: → decision-makers changing jobs → companies hiring in growth or sales → funding announcements at target accounts → engagement with competitor content on LinkedIn → hiring spikes that signal new budget opened I used GojiberryAI to automate all of this. It runs AI agents 24/7 on LinkedIn, monitors signals against my ICP, and only sends outreach when timing and fit both match. The 4-step setup I use: ✳️ Define ICP: job title, company size, industry, geography ✳️ Select 5-7 intent signals to monitor ✳️ Connect LinkedIn account ✳️ Let the AI run while I focus on warm replies Results across 6 weeks: → Reply rates moved from 9% to 37% → Booked calls improved 3 to 5x → Messages sent dropped by 61% Zero cold lists. Zero wasted sequences. If this is useful to you: ✳️ Follow me ✳️ Comment AUDIT below ✳️ I'll DM you the 5-signal intent checklist I use Link in the first comment. ps. ♻️ repost if your Monday still starts with a list you built yourself I only partner with tools I'd use in my own outbound stack. #B2BSales #GTM #ColdOutreach #IntentData #FounderSales
