Social Strategist in the Creator Economy | Personal Brand, Creator Partnerships & Content Strategy | Turning content into visibility & opportunity | 10M+ Impressions | 90+ Global Founders & Brands
I turn content into visibility, authority and commercial opportunity. I’m a Personal Brand & Social Strategist specialising in LinkedIn, content strategy, audience growth, founder brands and creator-led marketing. Over the last few years, I’ve worked across 90+ founders, leaders and brands, helping turn business goals into content strategies that actually make people pay attention - and then do something with that attention. That might mean building a founder into a recognisable voice in their industry. Creating a social strategy that grows the right audience. Turning expertise into content people trust. Or helping a brand become more relevant, memorable and commercially valuable online. A few numbers I’m proud of: • 10M+ impressions across brand and founder channels • 160K impressions + 2K followers generated during a founder brand launch • 28,000%+ increase in impressions through founder positioning and content strategy • 224% TikTok follower growth and 67% engagement growth for a freelance client • 20+ businesses managed simultaneously • 90+ founders, leaders and brands supported My experience spans B2B and B2C across recruitment, technology, finance, life sciences, professional services, beauty, wellness and lifestyle. But the thing I’m most interested in sits underneath all of those industries: Why do people pay attention? Why do they trust certain voices? What makes them remember a brand? And how do you turn that attention into something commercially useful? That’s the space I work in. I’m especially interested in personal branding, founder-led marketing, social psychology, creator marketing and the relationship between content, community and conversion. I also have first-hand experience in the creator economy, which means I look at content from both sides: as a strategist building brands and as a creator understanding what actually makes people stop, engage, trust and buy. The common thread through all of it? Making people care - then giving that attention somewhere valuable to go. I’m currently open to consultancy, freelance projects, strategy work, workshops and relevant brand partnerships. Work with me -> [email removed]

Since I have a gorgeous community of over 9,000 of you.... I wanted to share some news 🖤 After two years at KERV, my time with the business will be coming to an end later this month. And for the first time in a while, I’m figuring out exactly what I want the next chapter to look like. I know one thing for certain: I want to keep doing what I’m best at!!!!!! And helping really clever people turn what they know and what their business solves into content and communications people actually want to pay attention to. Over the last couple of years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across 20+ businesses at once, support 90+ brands and professionals, build founder brands from scratch, develop personal brand strategies, deliver workshops, manage campaigns and generate millions of impressions along the way. Now, I’m opening myself up to two things: → My next permanent opportunity across social media, comms, brand and content. → A small number of freelance projects across social strategy, content and personal branding. For my permanent move, I’d love to find a business where I can really take ownership - somewhere ambitious, creative and willing to take social seriously. And freelance-wise, I’m particularly interested in working with founders and businesses that have plenty worth saying, but need help turning it into a social presence that actually reflects how good they are. It feels strange writing this when I’ve spent so long focused on building everyone else’s brands. But maybe it’s time I put a little more energy into building my own. 👀 If you’re hiring, need some support, or just think there’s someone I should speak to - my DMs are very much open 🤍🌟 And if you're seeing this - I'd love if you could share with your network 🫶🏼
As my graduation anniversary rolls round again, here's what I wish I could tell the girl in this picture 🎓✨ Firstly, relax!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You're going to spend far too much time worrying about whether you're "behind" or working out how to "stay ahead", when really thats not how it works. You'll realise that confidence isn't something people are born with. It's something that comes from repeatedly doing things that make you uncomfortable until they become normal. You'll also realise that being ambitious and enjoying your twenties aren't mutually exclusive. You can build a career you're proud of and still have so much fun. Not everyone thinks the way you do. And no matter how hard you try, sometimes that will never change. Some things aren't meant to be (no matter how badly you wanted them). Graduation is never the finish line / new chapter it's made out to be. You can change your mind, start again, and become WILDLY successful in ways you might not even be thinking right now. Finally, enjoy it!!!!!!!!! You deserve to chase every dream 🌟
A little thank you, because the response to my last post sharing the news has genuinely been so lovely 🤩 The comments, messages, introductions, people sending me opportunities, offering advice, checking in, or just telling me they're rooting for me... I don't think you realise how much that means!!!!!!!! ❣️ I've also had a fair few people reach out about potential freelance projects - which has definitely got some cogs turning 👀 So, while I work out what my next permanent chapter looks like, I am officially opening up some *limited* space for freelance work too. Particularly around: → Personal brand strategy & positioning → Founder / leadership content → Social media & content strategy → LinkedIn audits & optimisation → Personal brand workshops → Copywriting / ghostwriting Whether that's a one-off project, some strategic brainpower, ongoing support or something a little different - I'm very open to conversations. But more than anything, the response reminded me just how much I bloody love the little community I've built on here. If anything, this whole slightly unexpected chapter has given me even more motivation to build my own community, content and brand properly. So thank you!!!!!! And if you do have a project where you think I could help, my DMs are very much open.
