𝐈𝐂𝐅-𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡; I help leaders and teams realise growth opportunities, strengthen leadership impact, and drive commercial results. Over the past 10+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬, I have worked with 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐩𝐬 and 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐞-𝐮𝐩𝐬 across 𝐒𝐚𝐚𝐒, 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡, and 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡, helping them grow, 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬, and deliver results. Along the way, I developed a deep understanding of how 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, influence, and human connection drive 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞. I started my career as an Energy Engineer, working in 𝐧𝐮𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐎&𝐌. While the work was highly technical, I became increasingly drawn to the broader context around it, how energy projects are developed, financed, and brought to life. Over time, I realised I wanted to be closer to that interface between technology, people, and decision-making, 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. That shift in perspective led me into 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬, where I could combine my technical background with a more 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 and 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 dimension of work. Life has also taken me through significant transitions, relocating from 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 to 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐜𝐞 and continuously learning from new environments and people around me, including my two children, whose curiosity shapes how I see the world every day.

One year ago, I started my Coaching practice. A year later, I’m still here, still learning, still building, and probably asking myself more questions than ever. This isn't an Oscar-winning speech, and definitely not the end credits. 😄 But there are quite a few people I need to acknowledge, Tom Salley Coaching wouldn't be where it is without them. Dorothée Oung, my coach, who inspired me to become a coach myself. Angelos Derlopas, and Positivity Global Coaching, who have supported my development as a professional coach through countless hours of study, practice, feedback and supervision as I continue towards my ICF PCC and Team Coaching certifications. Benoît Kuhn, who trusted me to be the first guest on my "Lead Your Way" podcast. , and has supported me in many other ways since. Harry Pelivanidis, who first trusted me with a keynote at Berg Search and today trusts me to work alongside the team as a fractional Head of Sales to help develop the business. John Mason, who introduced me to John Richardson and MySalesCoach, and John, who trusted me to join the platform and of course Csaba Balogh. MySalesCoach has also been a place where I continue to develop as a sales coach and I've actually just signed up for The Institute of Sales Coaching programme to have my sales coaching formally assessed as I am doing with Executive coaching. Because you can wake up one morning and say: "I'm a coach." But becoming a professional coach is something else. For me, it means committing to ethics, methodology, practice, supervision, assessment and continuous learning. And this is what I committed to from the very beginning, working towards my International Coaching Federation PCC credential and ACTC certification. And then there is my family; Christina Mitzali, my wife. Thank you for trusting me enough to leap and for supporting me through the uncertainty, the long hours, the studying, and all the ups and downs. Starting something of your own when you have 2 kids isn't exactly a small decision. And to my kids: thank you for reminding me that there is a world outside coaching, clients and LinkedIn. 😄 I also want to thank Juliette Vanhoeke , Christos and Konstantinos Zagovas for helping me build the website, and the CCI France Grèce for the warm welcome and the community I've found there. And, of course, every coachee who has trusted me along the way. Somewhere along the way, those conversations added up to 500+ hours of coaching. And I’m still counting. Executive. Career. Sales. Business. Different people, different challenges, different conversations. And every one of them has taught me something. And I think that's one of the things I value most about coaching as a profession: you never really stop learning. I’m genuinely happy with what this first year has become. And if there’s one thing I’m taking into year 2, it’s this: keep asking better questions, keep learning, and know when the best thing I can do is simply listen.
I've been exploring Synthesia's new Roleplay Sessions, and it made me think about something I see often in Sales Coaching. Knowing what to do isn't always the same as being able to do it when the pressure is on. You can know how to: • Handle an objection • Ask better questions • Navigate a difficult conversation • Close a deal But without enough practice, knowing and doing can be very different things. That's what I find particularly interesting about the potential of AI roleplay. You can practise a realistic conversation, receive feedback and try again. Because confidence doesn't always come from knowing more. Sometimes, it comes from having the opportunity to practise more. And when the real conversation happens, there is no pause button. The best time to practise is before it matters. #SalesCoaching #SalesLeadership #Leadership #AI #LearningAndDevelopment #Synthesia
