I grew up in a bakery in the North of France. Every morning, people would see a full window, fresh bread and a business ready to open. But everything that mattered had already happened. Hours earlier. In the back room. While nobody was watching. I think startups work the same way. People see the launch, the funding round and the announcement. They rarely see the doubts, the difficult decisions, the repeated attempts and the work that happens before anything looks successful. I have experienced that journey myself. I spent several years building a sportswear company, from the first idea to navigating the company’s closure. I am now preparing to join an ambitious place built for founders, where I will design and lead a new acceleration program. A new chapter, still close to the earliest and most uncertain stages of entrepreneurship. I use LinkedIn to document that hidden part of the journey. The decisions. The doubts. The people. The discipline. The work before opening hours. No success lessons from the sidelines. Only things I have lived, observed or learned along the way.

Ça bouge à Lille ! Lille a toujours été une ville profondément entrepreneuriale. C'est une région qui a vu naître certains des plus grands groupes français : Auchan, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin... Et depuis plusieurs années, un véritable écosystème tech s'est développé avec des entreprises comme OVH, Positive, Sencrop, Exotec et beaucoup d'autres. Il y a aussi EuraTechnologies, un lieu emblématique de l'écosystème startups Lillois et qui a contribué à faire émerger de nombreux projets. Et depuis quelques mois, un nouveau lieu a fait son apparition : LE TRIPLEX. Haut lieu de l’entrepreneuriat de 1000 m², dédié aux startups et situé en plein cœur du Vieux-Lille. Pensé comme un lieu de rencontre pour l’écosystème tech lillois, il rassemble entrepreneurs à succès, investisseurs et partenaires. Mais ce qui me plaît particulièrement dans ce projet, c'est son origine. Le Triplex a été imaginé par un entrepreneur, Mathieu Tarnus, pour des entrepreneurs. L'idée n'est donc pas juste de proposer des bureaux. C'est de créer un lieu où l'on vient travailler, mais surtout où l'on peut rencontrer les bonnes personnes, être challengé, accéder a du capital et accélérer. Et vous l'aurez compris... J'ai rejoint l'équipe du Triplex ! Je suis très heureux de revenir à Lille pour participer à la construction de cette nouvelle aventure. On a énormément de projets à venir, beaucoup d'ambition et une équipe qui a envie d'aller vite. Ça fait plusieurs semaines qu'on travaille dessus ✨ Aujourd'hui, on peut enfin vous montrer ELEVATION. Quand LE TRIPLEX a été pensé, il y avait une idée assez simple derrière : créer ce qu'on aurait aimé avoir autour de nous quand on entreprenait. Un lieu à Lille rempli d'entrepreneurs, d'investisseurs et de personnes qui construisent. Mais avoir le bon environnement ne suffit pas. Il faut aussi du rythme, être challengé, accéder aux bonnes personnes au bon moment et avoir les moyens d'aller vite. Alors aujourd'hui, on passe à l'étape suivante avec ELEVATION. notre programme d'accélération. Le principe : → 100k€ investis dans chaque startup à l'entrée → 6 mois d'accompagnement hands-on → Un follow-on jusqu'à 400k€ → Un programme volontairement très sélectif → Des ELEVATION Partners : entrepreneurs et C-level qui sont passés par là, l'ont fait, et viennent partager leur expérience → Le Triplex comme camp de base, en plein cœur de Lille Ce programme ne sera pas une succession de formations ou de workshops. L'ambition est de travailler aux côtés des founders, de les challenger sur leurs objectifs et de leur ouvrir les bonnes portes pour les aider à aller beaucoup plus vite. C'est un projet qui me tient particulièrement à cœur et que j'ai énormément de plaisir à construire avec toute l'équipe. Et ça va aller très vite.
