About Can Timagur

Founder @Allbound OS | AI-Native GTM Systems | Reach Your Full Market and Scale Revenue

Do you want to build GTM systems to scale your revenue? You are in the right place. Because: Most outbound fails. It’s treated like a campaign. I build allbound systems. I’m the founder of Allbound OS, an AI-driven outbound systems agency helping B2B companies turn manual prospecting into structured, scalable pipeline engines. Instead of “sending more emails,” we design the full infrastructure: • AI-Driven Outbound Systems • TAM Sourcing / Prospecting • CRM Enrichment • Signal-Based Outreach • Inbound Lead Enrichment • Account Research & Scoring • Pipeline Infrastructure Design • ICP Deep-Dive & Segmentation • Multi-Touch Sequence Design • AI-Personalized Messaging • Data Architecture & Enrichment • Automation Workflow Building • Cold Email Deliverability Optimization • Automation across tools like Clay, Claude, Instantly, and more The goal isn’t volume. The goal is predictable pipeline. Clients come to us when: – SDR performance is inconsistent – Campaigns feel random – Targeting is weak – Or outbound is working... but not scalable We rebuild outbound as a revenue system — not an activity. Our ICPs: – Early stage startups – Growth stage startups – Mid-Market / Enterprise – VC-backed startups – Growth or RevOps agencies – Founders validating PMF – Companies seeking pipeline systems If you are within our ICPs above and and want outbound to become a controlled, measurable engine — send me a DM. • I am tired of the AI rewrite loop where the first draft sounds generic, misses the brand, and still leaves me doing the work. That has been the friction with a lot of AI in marketing. I still have to dig through reports, run the analysis, and keep reworking prompts until the output sounds usable. Even then, I am often fixing tone, context, and timing by hand. For a while, the pitch has basically been this: AI can help, as long as I know what to ask and how to ask it. That is why this moment feels different to me. ActiveCampaign just launched Active Intelligence Wavelength 3.0 as a system-wide AI experience built across the platform. And the shift is not just faster writing. It is moving toward AI-first marketing orchestration, where I set goals and the system helps build and adapt campaigns in response. What clicked for me is that it does not start from a blank page. Active Intelligence Wavelength 3.0 builds from things like: - My Custom Instructions - My top campaigns - My Brand Kit So the first draft is already much closer to final, and ActiveCampaign says that can help get a first campaign live 8x faster. But what makes 3.0 feel genuinely different is what it pulls in beyond my account. It brings in external intelligence and brand monitoring, keeping me relevant to what is actually happening in the market. With adaptive memory and real-time recommendations across multiple assets, it learns from how I work and sharpens output across campaigns over time. It also keeps getting more accurate with use, which matters a lot when I want output that reflects my actual account and not some generic best-practice layer. That is the shift I care about. And when AI starts working from my goals, my context, and my history across the platform, it feels a lot more useful in the real world. If you are stuck in the cycle of prompting, rewriting, and cleaning up weak drafts, check out ActiveCampaign 3.0 and start your free trial: https://lnkd.in/ejS4bnUA #ActiveCampaignPartner #ActiveIntelligence

  • A lot of companies hire agencies because they want more leads. But my view on that has changed a lot over time. I don’t think there is some magic button where an agency comes in and suddenly creates lead flow in a month. That belief is exactly why so many people go on social media and say cold outreach is dead, broken, useless, whatever word they want to use this week. My issue with that take is simple: Every company has its own ICP. Every company has its own offer. Every company has its own market position. So when someone promises leads too early, they are usually skipping the hard part, which is figuring out what message actually gets attention from the right buyers. When I first started agency life, I looked at it differently. Now I see the job like this: 1. Find a message that gets a response 2. Test it in the different segment until the pattern is real 3. Then scale it across the TAM That is a much more accurate promise than saying, “we’ll bring you leads.” Because if the messaging is weak, scaling just spreads weak performance faster. If the positioning is off, more volume will not save it. If the offer doesn’t land, outbound becomes expensive guessing. So for me, the agency model I believe in now is much closer to: First, we discover a message that works. Then, we scale it. Where do you stand on it?

  • Managing 5 mailboxes by yourself is annoying. Managing 50 is impossible without help. That part is what I'm tired of. I do not want another dashboard full of charts, colored lines, and little spikes that expect me to go play detective across my whole sending setup. I want the work done. That's why Smartlead's new Insights feature feels different. Insights is one page that watches everything across my outbound setup: - every reply rate - every mailbox - every bounce And it handles the fixing before I even open it. That changes the job completely. I'm no longer sitting there trying to figure out what dropped, what broke, what needs attention, or which mailbox is dragging the rest down. I'm reviewing what already got handled. That's a much better place to be. Instead of throwing raw data at me and calling that "visibility," it gives me a finished report with the practical stuff I actually care about: - what that work saved me - what was already resolved - what still needs my approval And that last part is one tap. Bulk reconnect fixes up to 50 mailboxes at once through a guided sign-in flow, and nothing gets marked fixed until the result is verified. So the role shifts from analyst to approver, which is exactly how this should work when you're running outbound seriously. This is built for scale, and you can feel it in the way it presents the work. I like tools that remove operational nonsense instead of turning it into a reporting ritual. That's what Smartlead's Insights does. Less staring at deliverability dashboards. More approving what's already been taken care of. Big improvement, if you ask me.
