You can cancel a collaboration as long as the first post isn't published.
Step by step
Open the collaboration
From Campaigns > Collaborations.
Cancel
Click Cancel collaboration and confirm. The creator is notified.
Cancelling can't be undone. The reserved amount returns immediately to your available balance.
