What happens to your money
- Declined
- The creator said no. Nothing is spent; any reserved amount is back in your Naano balance.
- Expired
- No delivery before the deadline. Anything reserved returns to your balance.
- Cancelled
- You cancelled before publication. The reserved amount returns immediately to your available balance.
- Refunded
- The booking was refunded to your balance.
Paid by card? The amount also comes back to your Naano balance, not to the card.
