Naano vs Onalytica: B2B creator marketplace or enterprise influencer program?

Onalytica sells influencer software and full-service B2B influencer programs to enterprise teams, built on a database of 700,000+ influencers. Naano is a B2B creator marketplace where you book a creator's fixed-price post on LinkedIn or X. Here is how to pick.

Published

Naano and Onalytica both help B2B brands get trusted industry voices to talk about them, but you buy different things. Onalytica sells enterprise influencer programs: influencer marketing software and a full-service team that maps the influencers in your category, builds relationships with them over time, then activates, pays and measures them. Naano is a B2B creator marketplace for LinkedIn and X: each creator lists a fixed price per sponsored post, and you book, pay and track the post inside Naano, yourself or with the Naano team. If you want a long-running, consultant-led influencer program, Onalytica is built for it. If you want sponsored posts from B2B creators at a price you can see before booking, Naano is.

Onalytica's website could not be reached when we checked on 21 and 23 October 2026 (on 23 October, the onalytica.com domain did not resolve). The facts about Onalytica below therefore come from copies of its official homepage, product, services and about pages archived by Common Crawl between 8 June and 18 August 2026.

What is Onalytica?

Onalytica is a B2B influencer marketing company founded in 2009 and backed by Bebo founders Michael and Paul Birch, with offices in London and New York. Its about page calls it "an award-winning influencer marketing software platform", and its homepage says: "We run B2B influencer programs that earn trust and deliver measurable impact for enterprise teams."

It sells two things.

Software. An influencer marketing platform to "Discover, Activate and Manage influencers", in five steps:

  • Discover influencers from a global database of over 700,000.
  • Insights on your influencer community, brand awareness and engagement.
  • Activate influencers through the Onalytica community.
  • Manage relationships with your influencer community at scale.
  • Measure the program's impact and how you compare with competitors.

Managed services. A full-service B2B influencer offer for enterprise brands:

  • Influencer strategy: KPIs, key topics, influencer mix, always-on and campaign planning.
  • Influencer discovery: a brand-approved target list with vetting of each influencer.
  • Influencer nurturing: Onalytica says it does not do cold outreach and starts with recognition blog posts and quotes that honour each influencer's expertise.
  • Influencer activation: outreach, briefings, project management and campaign support.
  • Management and payments: fee negotiation, statements of work, onboarding and payment processing.
  • Program measurement: custom benchmarks and executive-ready reporting.
  • Dedicated consultancy: set hours of monthly support and regular sync calls.

Onalytica says it has helped run more than 1,000 B2B and B2C influencer programs in over 20 countries since 2009, in sectors such as tech, finance, energy, healthcare and FMCG, with in-house analysts who speak 15+ languages. Testimonials on its product page come from marketers at Microsoft and Acquia, among others. Its pages describe social media influencers in general and do not list the networks covered.

How much does Onalytica cost?

Onalytica does not publish its prices. None of its homepage, product, services or about pages lists a plan, fee or minimum budget: they invite buyers to request a demo or schedule a consultation, and its managed services are built around set hours of monthly support from dedicated consultants. Influencer fees are handled per program: fee negotiation and payment processing are part of the managed service.

What is Naano?

Naano is a creator marketplace built only for B2B, on LinkedIn and X: 3,300+ B2B creators in 103 countries (database count, 20 October 2026), mostly founders, operators and senior specialists. Each creator sets a fixed price per sponsored post, shown on their profile before you book. Booking, briefing and payment happen in the platform, so creators do not invoice you one by one, and every post reports clicks, companies and leads through the creator's tracked link.

Self-Serve is €0 a month: you pay for the posts you book. Managed Campaigns, where the Naano team casts the creators and runs the campaign, start from €3,000 per month plus a creator budget from €6,000 per month, with a three-month minimum. In Naano's completed-booking sample for 14 June to 13 September 2026, the median price was €117 per post below 10,000 followers (n=62) and the median time from booking to publication was 7.5 days (n=162), as published in the best B2B influencer marketing platforms ranking.

When is Onalytica the right choice?

Choose Onalytica when you are an enterprise team that wants a long-term influencer program run with consultants:

  • You want your category's influencers mapped, vetted and approved before anyone is contacted.
  • You prefer to build relationships first, through recognition content, rather than pay for one-off posts.
  • You need executive-ready reporting with custom benchmarks.
  • You want one partner for strategy, activation, contracts, payments and measurement.

When is Naano the right choice?

Choose Naano when the channel is LinkedIn or X and the job is to get sponsored posts published by credible B2B creators:

  • You want to see the price of each post before committing budget, instead of waiting for a scoped proposal.
  • You want posts live in days: the median time from booking to publication in Naano's sample was 7.5 days.
  • You need clicks, companies and leads per creator to judge the campaign against pipeline.
  • You want the choice between booking creators yourself on Self-Serve and handing the campaign to Naano's team on Managed Campaigns, with the creators and results kept in your workspace.

Can you use both?

Yes. An enterprise team can keep Onalytica for influencer mapping and long-term relationship programs, and use Naano for sponsored LinkedIn and X posts at a fixed price when a launch or campaign needs reach quickly. If a creator from your Onalytica list is not on Naano yet, you can invite them to join or run that deal directly.
